UPGRADED

My brother was glad to get my own laptop. It was 4 years old and I had upgraded, but he’d foolishly destroyed his. He bought it around two years ago and it was your typical laptop computer that he just wanted to surf the web with and check his email. Then he started adding more and more games and wanted to overclock it. Which he did. The problem was that he overclocked it to the extent that the laptop started smoking when he’d play it for hours and hours on end. Eventually, parts on the inside of the computer melted. He was shocked when the thing stopped working. He had saved up for that laptop for years. Now he had ruined it and it the whole process had only taken a few months. Luckily, he had me, or, rather, he was lucky that I didn’t need my old computer for anything and just let him have it. I hope he learned a lesson from all this. I doubt it though. Last I talked with him, he was already downloading so many games onto the computer that he was already asking me how much memory it had left open. Some people just don’t learn.
