The Legal Thought Pages

A friend recommended a Los Angeles bankruptcy attorney. We contacted that attorney, then went and looked up several online. Then we looked up some in the Yellow Pages. There were some duplicates, and we weeded those out and started calling. Most were pleasant enough and asked us to come in for an evaluation. We looked closely at the qualifications of several of the attorneys and then narrowed it down to a couple. The couple that we looked at were all very close, so we decided to spend a little time next week and go around to each. I called and made some appointments. We then got back to looking for additional customers to take up the extra capacity on the equipment. One of our best sales people thought she had a lead that could use maybe 40% of the capacity. We talked with her immediately. She is located in the United States Virgin Islands. I thought that this was a trip I had to take, because only I can answer some of the questions on the equipment. I know to some of the employees back here it looked like I was sneaking away for a vacation during a really tough time, but I had no choice but to go. Still, I know they didn’t understand.
